LEADERSHIPNew/Potential LeadersCell groups and life-change does not happen without cell group leaders. If you are interested in facilitating a group or would like to attend a Cell Group Leader Training, please fill out the Small Group Leadership Form. Current Cell Group LeadersAs a small group leader you are not out there alone. We want you equipped, growing in your leadership abilities and your Christian life. We have frequent skill training opportunities and leadership retreats for you to take advantage of. These trainings not only build skills and character, they enable us to move in a common direction as a ministry. Please make these trainings a priority and attend at least 8 per year. For upcoming skill trainings check out the Small Group Calendar. Cell Group Updates: 1. Please update your group information quarterly or when there are significant change by going to Group Update. 2. Use the Group Update to provide prayer requests and things to celebrate as often as necessary. We want to know how to direct prayer toward your group and we constantly want to know things to celebrate.
